Hello everybody .. Autumn had entered from the door in Iraq and I feel sick and cold and my larynx hurts me. I stayed awake in bed all night because of tonsillitis, and when I woke up my voice was gone. I tried using antibiotics but it still not working on me. Its good that I still can speak through writing and sign language and because I'm very talkative person (only in house) this is not good situation at all !!

Markets of Iraq getting ready for Eid el-fitr
Markets in Iraq have been coloured all kinds of beautiful clothes from different trade marks preparing for eid ul-fitr, everyone is busy looking out what is suitable for him/her and for the wallet. People in Iraq had been surprised with high prices of everything (clothes, nuts, sweets, ...) this is due to the increase of demand on clothes preparing for eid ul-fitr.
Most clothes trade marks available in Iraq is from Turkey, Syria, China, and some from Arabic gulf countries like Emirate, Dubai and Saudi Arabia, and everything enter Iraq without fee.

Pakistan need Help and attention, Thanks
The Pakistan floods appeal has now raised £35m as a report published on www.thirdsector.co.uk, no matter how these donations had collected the fact that the majority of the people of Pakistan affected by the recent floods did not receive more than blankets and tents (these are the lucky ones), while the remaining vast majority of Pakistanis left homeless and without food, as we see on TV, millions of dollars that have been collected and millions of voluntary contributions made by people around the world.
These floods in Pakistan are the worse since 81 years, leaving a 20 million people affected and more than 4 million homeless in Pakistan. I want to thank all people who aid Pakistan people by any way and Allah bless you.

Be brave. Change and improve each day. Do your best and don't look back. See learning and change as opportunities. Try new things. Consider several options. Meet new people. Ask lots of questions. Keep track of your mental and physical health. Be positive.
Set goals and priorities for what you think and do. Visualize to practice your actions. Develop a strategy for dealing with problems. Learn to relax. Learn to be honest with yourself.
