Patients in Ibn Sina Hospital in Mosul and death of my colleague

Who said studying medicine is easy? Oh it is very hard, when I see those patients in the Ibn Sina Hospital in Mosul and what they suffer from, I feel so sorry for them, Its this health that they lost, which is the most important thing we own. Most of the patients in Ibn Sina Hospital are from low social state, they need special care and attention, and as I study there I always see new faces comes in and I have seen more than 3 patients died in front of me, but nothing I can do I am still a student (but more than half a doctor).
To you Israa , Allah

A couple weeks ago a colleague of me (Israa) died when she had a terrible accident, she was full of energy and just like a flower in spring, but she died and I cried and cried. It is not easy to accept death of someone you know whether she/he was close to you or not, it reminds me of death and that one day I will die and this makes me want to cry but my faith in Allah brings me back to life again and remind me to work hard and to keep on my praying five times per day and to commit to Allah orders.

I will always remember you Israa (Allah mercy for her)

Seeking for inner peace in Mosul City, But Where ?

Iraq is big prison and I can't wait till I escape from it!! This is totally right and I am feeling of tightness and freedom-less with little (if any) human rights. Every thing disturbs me, from the traffic jam to kidnapping gangs. Especially Mosul city, they are trying to keep people of Mosul city busy with providing enough Gasoline and kerosene in this cold winter.

To make people unable to think what is going on in this City, we are tired of the blocked streets,

What is Halloween? trick or treating & jack-o'-lanterns !

What is Halloween?! Is your Halloween custom weird? To many people in different countries Halloween is something weird, and these pumkin that people put on their doors, and those kids wearing freaky clothes asking for candies!
I googled (Halloween) and got more in depth about this annual holiday on October 31, Halloween also includes activities such as trick-or-treating, attending costume parties, carving jack-o'-lanterns, bonfires, apple bobbing, visiting haunted attractions, playing pranks, telling scary stories, and watching horror films. The word 'halloween' mean in Old Irish (summer's end).
Note: I put discount code at the end of this post as free gift to my readers so you can buy toys and Halloween customs online with big discount.
Halloween pumkin called jack-o'-lanterns
In this day Children go in costume from house to house, asking for treats such as candy or sometimes money, with the question, "Trick or treat?" The word "trick" refers to a (mostly idle) "threat" to perform mischief on the homeowners or their property if no treat is given.

Surgery, Medicine Courses in Medical college 2011

Surgery, then Medicine and now gynecology these are the courses that I'm studying here in Medical college in the fourth year. Surgery was totally new to me but i like it and i enjoyed every day in the course because the patients were very cooperative and they didn't annoy us (the students) with too many questions thinking that we are doctors) but in fact we were still studying to become DOCTORS.

Medicine course was short and very annoying with too many systems to study (Respiratory system, Cardiovascular system, Abdomen, Central nervous system, and General examination of the patient) plus general informations about medical conditions , medicine course i had to get to the 5th floor to reach the ward in which i do my study, and because the elevator was always filled with patients and 'bodies' some times so i was forced to claim all the stairs on feet!! and i can tell this is not fun and not easy at all and very exhausting !!!!! sometimes i see 'House' and think about if there is one like him in the reality, he is so wierd and nut but brilliant.

In medicine course i saw three patient dying because of their complicated diseases at first i was fulled with emotions of saddness but next time i felt nothing !!!??? didn't know why ! this is horrible when i think about it now.

In gynecological course (now) i found some hards because its totally new thing to me but i can tell that newborn babys' voices are not the same !! hahaha .. I always hear newborn babys crying and they have annoying voices but when i look to them i find my self very happy and full with pleasure .

I'm not going to talk any thing about the political changes that happened are are happening now in many countries because this make me feel so sad.

At the end i would like to ask if any one of you had seen someone dies infront of you? and how you dealt with the condition?

Markets in Iraq have been coloured all kinds of beautiful clothes from different trade marks preparing for eid ul-fitr, everyone is busy looking out what is suitable for him/her and for the wallet. People in Iraq had been surprised with high prices of everything (clothes, nuts, sweets, ...) this is due to the increase of demand on clothes preparing for eid ul-fitr.

Pakistan need Help and attention, Thanks

The Pakistan floods appeal has now raised £35m as a report published on www.thirdsector.co.uk, no matter how these donations had collected the fact that the majority of the people of Pakistan affected by the recent floods did not receive more than blankets and tents (these are the lucky ones), while the remaining vast majority of Pakistanis left homeless and without food, as we see on TV, millions of dollars that have been collected and millions of voluntary contributions made by people around the world.

These floods in Pakistan are the worse since 81 years, leaving a 20 million people affected and more than 4 million homeless in Pakistan. I want to thank all people who aid Pakistan people by any way and Allah bless you.

9 of april 2010 in history of Iraq

Its friday 9 of april 2010 and it is holiday in Iraq and all arabic countries and we have changeable weather here in Iraq this week but now it is clear with cool winds that make everyone feels better, however this day carry sad memory to all Iraqi people since it remind them with the memoir of the War on Iraq in 2003/4/9 and how many people in Iraq loss members of their families from that day till this hour and the count is still on, and especially after the election day in Iraq on 7 of march 2010 when more that 62% of Iraqis give there votes for the persons whom they thought they will be good for Iraq but till now and even after announcement of the results of the elections nothing changed and I am talking on personal side in my city more concrete barrier placed to close the main streets and sub-streets in the city which make very big traffic jam and many many accident all over the day because of these barriers (placed by the army force) and now they are using walls of concrete (2.5 meter high) and this is so terrible and make everyone gets nervous and hypertensive quickly.

see the barriers at the left blocking the entery to hospital from one side
barriers
here the barriers is in the middle and blocking a street near the hospital
barriersthis is how I see things from my point that all these explodes happening now is for political reasons and to keep the army under control of certain persons "with power" to make anything.
